Welcome to Army of the Light ("Army of the Light," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [armyofthelight.org], any related digital platforms, our products, courses, community, and our in-person events, including the D.I.D. Bootcamp for Believers (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Army of the Light is a Christian-based organization providing spiritual teaching, digital courses, books, community, coaching, and in-person training events, founded in 2021

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, register for events, or enroll in coaching or courses through our Services. If you are under 18, you may use general content on the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features including our community platform, course access, and event registration may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Products, Courses, and Purchases

We offer digital products (such as online courses, including Identity Architecture), physical books, and event registrations (such as D.I.D. Bootcamp) for purchase.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or registration, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
Digital products: Access to digital courses and content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute course materials.
Physical products: Shipping timelines and costs will be disclosed at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Bootcamp and In-Person Events

Registration for D.I.D. Bootcamp or any other in-person event is subject to the following:

Limited capacity: Bootcamp is limited to a maximum of 20 participants per cohort. Registration does not guarantee a spot until payment and application are confirmed.
Assumption of risk: Bootcamp involves physical, emotional, and spiritual activities, including but not limited to prayer sessions, night watches, group discussion, and deliverance-focused ministry. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Health disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any physical, mental, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate, and for consulting a healthcare provider prior to attending if you have concerns.
Code of conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of the training.
Liability waiver: Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk: Participation in certain Army of the Light programs, including Bootcamp for Believers and other in-person training events, may involve physical activities, extended training periods, overnight accommodations, fasting, travel, or other activities that involve inherent risks. Participants may be required to complete and sign a separate Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating. Completion of the waiver may be a condition of participation.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products: Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable materials, digital books, workbooks, courses, recordings, templates, and other digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or course access has been granted, except where otherwise required by law.
Physical Books and Merchandise: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Bootcamp for Believers and In-Person Events: Because event registration reserves lodging, meals, materials, staffing, and other resources for the participant, cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: refund of amounts paid, less a non-refundable registration/administrative fee.

Cancellation 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund or, at Army of the Light’s discretion, transfer of the registration to a future eligible Bootcamp.
Cancellation 14 days or fewer before the event: payments are non-refundable.
No-shows, late arrivals, voluntary early departures, or participants removed for violation of the Code of Conduct: no refund.
If Army of the Light cancels the event, participants will receive either a refund of the event registration fees paid or another remedy specifically communicated by Army of the Light. Travel, lodging booked independently, and other incidental expenses would not ordinarily be reimbursed unless AOL expressly agrees otherwise.

Code of Conduct: Army of the Light reserves the right to deny admission to or remove a participant from an event when the participant engages in conduct that is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, harassing, destructive, or materially inconsistent with the rules, safety requirements, or purpose of the training. A participant removed for such conduct will not be entitled to a refund of registration fees or reimbursement of related expenses, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our community platform (including any "Watches of the Night" or similar breakout groups), you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other members
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
Not use the community for solicitation, promotion of unrelated businesses, or spam

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community at our discretion for violating these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services including teachings, course materials, written works, videos, graphics, and the Army of the Light name and branding is the property of Army of the Light and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

9. Spiritual and Religious Nature of Services

Army of the Light provides teaching, coaching, and training rooted in Christian faith and practice. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or personal outcomes from participation in our courses, coaching, or events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Army of the Light and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including participation in Bootcamp or other events.

12. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Whop, TikTok, Instagram, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.
